Exploring = My Happiness
During the past few months, we have been using the weekend to see some really cool spots around Texas. This past weekend we went to Guadalupe River State Park and Gruene, Texas. The cypress trees in the state park are spectacular and make for a perfect spot to hang our hammocks.
My mom came into town on June 6 and the following day we went to Marble Falls, TX. Mom and I went shopping while Kev and Max took a nap. We woke up the next day and visited Inks Lake State Park on the Colorado River, which proved my love for cacti even more!

In Houston, we love tacos. We eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are probably even dessert tacos out there somewhere. Here are a few easy ways to build a healthier taco. How do you make a healthy taco?
1. Add tons of veggies (and fruits)... a majority of your taco filling should be delish produce
2. Substitute plain Greek yogurt for sour cream
3. Add less cheese and rice and more beans
